Format: Five or six very short races on Tuesday and two or three short races on Wednesday morning for the Seniors.  Two or three very short races on Wednesday afternoon and five or six short races on Thursday for the Juniors. Instructors coaching on water and on shore. The emphasis in this regatta is training for better performance in future regattas. On the water coaching will be ENCOURAGED and EMPHASIZED. Parents wishing assistance will also be coached.

Fees: $85 per boat includes lunch for skipper and one crew. Note: entries will be limited to

first limited to the first 50 boats registered. You will only be notified if you do not

make it in.

Launching: Monday and Tuesday 4-7 p.m. Public Launch on the north end of Pine Lake.

CHwy K West of St.Hwy 83 and East of CHwy C. Non-regatta boats will also

be launching, use patience and courtesy…

THERE WILL BE VERY LIMITED TAXI SERVICE TO THE REGATTA SITE WEDNESDAY MORNING. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO LAUNCH AT THE DESIGNATED TIMES. THANK YOU!

Pullout: Wednesday and Thursday 3:30-6 p.m. firm; cannot use public launch after 6 p.m.

Headquarters: 6378 N Brumder Rd. About 1/4 mile west of the Public Launch off Hwy. K. Watch for PLYC Regatta signs. 

Coaches Meeting: 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday

Judges meeting: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday

Starting Times: Wed: Lunch 11:00, Racing 1:00. Thurs: Racing 9:30

Skipper’s meeting: 11:30 a.m. Wed with clinic immediately following. Clinic Thurs 8:30 a.m.

Mooring: Bring a mooring for a 10-15’ depth

Trophies: Top ten skipper and crew, top first year skipper, sportsmanship and more!

REQUIRED: Life jackets AND each boat must be represented and supervised by an adult on the regatta grounds/water during the entire event.
